I've always used my iPhone Alarm to wake me up in the morning, but since starting online school we now have multiple alarms setup during the day to help remind the kids when they need to get back to class.

Apple just released an emergency update yesterday, to fix a potential security issue. If you haven't already you should update your phone.
If setup correctly SOS will send your approximate location to the mobile phone of a chosen contact. The SOS can also automatically send a photo taken at that time and a 5-second audio recording. Make sure you have this setting turned on on your own and your kids iPhones and know how to use it.
